We have decided to have a joint meeting on Wednesday 10th July and CANCEL Friday 12th July meeting.

Start time will be 19:30 and finish at 21:15.

The final payment for camp (£50) is now over due and more IMPORTANTLY the 190528-Permission form . With Half Term potentially having got in the way please can those that haven’t paid get the money into Scouts as soon as possible as we are now paying for activities.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Please can those that have not yet paid subscriptions please arrange for this to occur. Please discuss with your section leader if you are not sure.

We have been asked for volunteers to help man a water station at mile 9 (near Beamsley) for a couple hours (still to be confirmed) during the Ilkley half marathon (July 14th).

Please can you let your Leaders know as soon as possible.

This activity can go towards the Personal Challenge badge

A late addition to the kit list for those travelling to Kettlewell for 20:00.

Please can you bring clothes and footwear that you will not mind getting water and dirty when in the stream below Hag Dyke. This is for an activity on Sunday.

Please note we are meeting at the Scout hut now at 19:30 until 21:00.

Due to the weather, we have made the decision to cancel tonight’s planned wide game in the woods.

Please can all scouts meet at the Scout Hut at 7.30pm. Tonight will finish at 9pm slightly earlier than normal.

Tonight was supposed to be a joint orienteering meeting but due to the poor weather conditions we have decided to postpone the activity.

We will meet at the hut instead (19.30) for a different joint meeting, but bring a coat, if there’s a break in the rain we will try and get outside.
